Moshe Falafel is the legend of street food in New York. Moshe was born in Kibbutz Galuyot in Israel. A member of a family that lived in Aleppo and immigrated to Israel. His family’s Middle Eastern culture and his life influenced his attitude toward food. Simplicity and good taste of the past Flowed through his veins. In 1981 he decided to try his luck in the big city New York. And bought his first wagon to try his luck at selling falafel on 46th Street in the Diamantaires area of New York, his wife told him that if you wanted people to love your food first you would love it yourself. And this is what has motivated him for more than 37 years to tremendous success, And its name is known everywhere in the world. Partly because of the taste of the house, the veganism, and the price that is equal to all.
